Zap Surveys is a survey app that claims to allow its users to earn real cash by taking surveys along with a referral program. It also offers survey goals to help its users achieve their goals and increase their earnings. Users can earn from daily logins to unlock more surveys and earn cash playing games. Zap also claims payouts can be done when a user reaches 10.00 but when you log into the app it says 25.00 to cash-out. Zap surveys offer payouts through  Master card, Best Buy, Starbucks, Pay Pal, and more.

Users: Some users have had good reviews and received their payouts. Users seem to like the app and the reviews are very mixed some have complained the app is a scam. Users are frustrated because they have not received payments, while taking surveys they will be redirected or rejected in the middle of a survey. Users also complained about developers not responding to emails. Users also expressed their concerns about being uncomfortable providing ID for cash-outs. Some users have said they tried to cash out when the payment threshold was at 10.00 but their accounts were blocked after trying to cash out. 




Collector Review: I have had this app for 2 years. I love the app design and layout it is easy to use. I love the survey goals because it gives users a view of their achievements. When first signing up I received .50 cent for a few bonus offers. As I continued to use the app I was able to earn 9.80 then I started to notice fewer surveys and when surveys were available they were broken or not working at all. With my 10-year experience of doing surveys, I have never been asked for ID so that is new to me. I wouldn't have a problem using my ID to cash out but I think it points less for people who use PayPal because PayPal is a trusted payment system and they require personal information. I have never been able to cash out with this app because it seems impossible to earn with the app the broken surveys and honestly I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone because I would hate it if users got blocked for whatever weird reasons. I'm all about making money and cashing out. I wouldn't waste time with this app so that's why I never cashed out. Another reason I would not recommend this app is that it seems to have more users complaining about being blocked while trying to cash out than they have users being happy about cashing out. I like to recommend apps that give users results. I have never tried their games so I'm not sure if you can earn from it. Overall this app's cash-out threshold is higher than most apps, hopefully in the future Zap surveys can improve their surveys so users can earn.
