Users: Most users have cashed out multiple times and have reviewed their payments. some of them seem to like the app but some have complained about slow earnings, surveys taking too long to complete, being disqualified in the middle of surveys or not receiving full payments from surveys. Users also complain about winning in the contest give away and some don't like the scratch off cards on the app.
Collector Review: I have been a member of Surveys on the go since 2016. I appreciate how the app has upgraded its layout, making it easier to navigate the app. In 2016 the app was horrible surveys didn't work at all or there were no surveys available, but the good part was if you got disqualified you would still receive 10 cents for your participation. I never tried the bonus gigs so I'm not sure about the earnings on that honestly, I will be doing a video review on my experience with the bonus gigs they offer 100 points which equals 1 dollar. You would think because I have been on the app for years that I would have won in the 500 weekly give but no, I never won. Now let's get to the location and privacy of this app, To receive surveys and to enter in the 500 weekly give they require your location for passive income. I wasn't comfortable with it at first when I tried it but didn't notice a difference in my payments. When taking some surveys they would ask for a phone bill or utility bill and if you're not ready to provide that they will disqualify you. It takes a long time to earn with the app due to survey disqualifications. The app does offer a decent number of surveys and I have been able to earn and cash out. Overall yes you can earn passive income with this app if you already have a job. This is not an app you can leave your job for it is just to make some extra cash on the side, the income will be slow for example I cashed out 10.60 on 11/20/2020 and the next payout after that was 5/08/2021 for 13.50. I do believe if I stayed consistent with doing surveys I could have made more but it is hard to start consistently with survey disqualifications.
